This tutorial will show you how to make an AFK Voice Channel in your Discord server. A user will automatically be moved to this channel when they have been inactive for a predetermined amount of time.

A user won't be moved to the AFK channel unless they are already in a voice channel and go inactive. To prevent people from using the AFK voice channel as for communicating you will need to remove the permission to speak in the chat.

A user can be sent to the AFK channel if they're muted or deafened on Discord. The member won't be moved to the channel until the set time has passed.

The owner, admins and moderators of the Discord server can still freely move someone in and out of the AFK voice channel.
