35How to make banana fritters the easiest and simple way procedure , Gather all ingredients , water, whole grain flour, sugar oil and offcorse banana or saging na sabah.
All you have to do is make a batter( not to dry ,nor to wet) pill the banana or saging na sabah slice into 3, do not slice until the end, wrap in batter mixture. On the other hand, heat the oil in a frying pan, wait until it heats up, then place the wrapped or coated banana. Wait until it turns brown, then turn it over on low heat.
When cooked put on a serving plate then serve hot then eat . This is the most interesting part, eat while hot, because it is not delicious when cold.
