Ingredients:

1 ¾ cup white sugar

2 sticks unsalted butter, melted

1 ½ tsp espresso powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 eggs plus 2 egg yolks

1 cup cocoa powder

½ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp kosher salt

6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

1 ½ cups bread flour


Supplies:

Parchment paper

Baking dish

Whisk (maybe two)

Spatula

Two bowls

Knife

Measuring cups

Measuring spoons
