How to Make Chex Mix
0Chex Mix is a snack that my family and I make every year during the holidays! It's quick, easy, and doesn't have too many ingredients. I included the recipe and steps in the video.
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter (8tbsp)
3 cups corn chex cereal
3 cups rice chex cereal
3 cups wheat chex cereal
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup cheez-its
Instructions on How to Make:
1. Heat the Oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Melt butter in a large pan in the oven.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chex cereal, pretzels, mixed nuts, and cheez-its. Stir.
4. In a measuring cup, measure and mix the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
5. Pour the seasonings and bowl of chex into the pan of melted butter. Stir until it's evenly coated.
6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
7. Take out of the oven and allow the chex mix to cool.
8. Enjoy!
