HOW to MAKE COSPLAY FRIENDS | tips and story time by jaRoukaSama [TAGLISH]
33I see lots of newbies into cosplay ask this question so I decided to make a video.
This was hard to film as I had hay fever, took too long to edit because I had to sort through years worth of FB posts to find photos, but in the end, it was such a nice trip down memory lane.
I do wish I had taken more photos or kept more remembrances but at the same time, I am thankful that I was able to fully enjoy those moments. I may not have photos to show off, but I do have lots of memories in my heart and treasured friends.
I apologize to some friends if i wasn't able to mention you or if i dont have photos of us, or if the photos i chose to put in this video is not flattering, I mean no offense, I only chose them because I felt they were such good reminders of those little snippets in time that we shared.
My wish is that newbies who watch this video can also find their own little circle of people they can trust, have fun with, and people that they can call their home.
For context, I have been cosplaying since 2009. All of the things I said here are accumulated knowledge from my own experience and preferences.
I am now based in Japan, but most of these info are from what I know in the Philippine cosplay community.
