Cranberry Relish Recipe can be dropped from refrigerators and coolers, but in general, can spawn everywhere. It also has a small chance of dropping from the Novice of Mysteries quest and the Distinguished Guests event. However, my recommendation to save time will be to hit the player's vendor machines or get it from a discord Fallout 76 trading channel. I use Market 76, I buy cores every few weeks from there so I would consider it legit.

I figured to start with the missing piece in the video and that is how to get the recipe for Cranberry Relish. A few additional considerations would be to have your Gardener perk on when you harvest the plants and the Double perk when you craft the relishes.
An additional thing to note is that having gourds planted in one of your camps saves some time.

One Wood
Two Boiled Waters
