Step 1: Obtain Dreamcatcher
To obtain Dreamcatcher, you must head to Morrow's Sanatorium in Losomn biome and collect three Stone Carved Dolls and give it to Dr. Morrow whom you can find locked in the basement of the asylum. Once you give three dolls, find the locked door key on the third floor of the asylum and unlock Dr. Morrow's cell to collect the complete version of the doll.

After that, progress the game till you enter the Nightweaver's Realm. Once that is done, enter the room on your left in the basement (In Nightweaver's Realm version) and place the doll that you collected earlier.

Doing so will reward you with Dreamcatcher.

To make Nimue sleep, you must keep teleporting back and forth to Ward 13 or any other location and Nimue's Retreat. [Pre-requisite: Must have defeated Nightweaver]
