In this video we explore how to make the N64 region free and play NTSC-U (US) and NTSC-J (Japanese) games. We will accomplish this by removing the physical lock-out implemented by Nintendo. To do this we will use a custom 3D printed universal cartridge slot which removes all region lock-out features. This is the best way to do this mod as it is incredibly easy, and does not leave any nasty holes or jagged plastic from doing it with a rotary tool and, is a non-permanent modification!
