How to Make Your PS1 Games Look Better on the Miyoo Mini Plus
You can make your PS1 games look better on the Miyoo Mini/Plus by turning on enhanced resolution in the PCSX ReARMed RetroArch core. This is mostly for 3D games as 2D games don't really get a noticeable boost in graphics. Turning on enhanced resolution will slow the system down quite a bit so overclocking will be necessary.
Not all games will run well even with overclocking and this is where the standalone PCSX ReARMed app comes in. Combined with overclocking, you get really good performance on most PS1 games.
The standalone app has different hotkeys and is missing many features of the RetroArch core so you may want to just use the core with overclocking enabled.
