There are two types of PS3 games
Pkg and Bles
PKG part files are basically Bles games that have been converted into pkg file


I would recommend to keep backup of the folder packages
Multiman can merge pkg part files
Download all the pkg part files and put it in a folder
Connect the storage device with the ps3
Open multiman and enable PFS driver(it is optional)
It can speed up file transfer
Open multiman’s file manager and rename the folder (which has pkg files) to packages
Then copy the folder packages to hdd0
It will ask to overwrite
Hit yes
Then all the part files will be converted to one big file
Now install the big merged file
