How to mess up what could have been a great time lapse!

1Shot on my Nikon D7000, this time lapse was the very first attempt at time lapse using a DSLR. I shot in RAW with Auto WB and also forgot to turn off Auto Focus, thus screwing up the image. I've since shot RAW with AF and AWB turned off, but still get similar results. My results while shooting JPEG with the same settings have all turned out just fine. I just wish I could figure out this RAW issue so that I could make more adjustments to my photos over JPEG!
