Sometimes trying to navigate the world of modding GTA is confusing. In this video I try and make things as easy to understand as possible while also trying to explain how it works. Most tutorials I've seen are literally just someone telling you where to drag and drop files, I tried my best to expand on that by also explaining what each thing you are doing does.
