This video covers two different ways to mod POE2 from Steam.
The first method is the easiest and that is just to use the steamworkshop.
When using the steam workshop, steam will handle downloading and placing mod files in the correct location for them to work.
While using workshop is easy if the mod you want isn't on workshop then we need to take the manual approach.
There are two manual methods that you may end up needing to use. The first is file replacement which i showed in the original poe modding video.
The second is unique to poe2 and that is the override location. When using the override location you drop the files into it to install the mod, and
can simply remove them from the override folder to remove the mod. If you a mod requires asset replacement make sure you back up the files it replaces otherwise
you'll need to uninstall and reinstall to get rid of the mod.
