This videos covers the basics of modding Dark Souls 3. To start we need to locate the games location, this can be done using the browse to files when right clicking the game in the steam library.
Once you have the game folder we need to get the DS3 Mod Engine which will allow for us to bring mods into the game. There are two folders in the DS3 Mod Engine you need to copy them to the games folder.
Once completed make a new folder called mod. With this all the setup is done and we need to just get the mod we want. Once downloaded extract the mod to the mod folder you created.
You have successfully completed modding the game at this point and are good to launch it.
Note you can create multiple mod folders you will just need to edit DS3 Mod Engine location, you can also combine mods provided they don't overwrite each other and modify different things.
