Step 1. Tap to open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Scroll down to the bottom of this menu, and then tap "Apps." A list of all of the apps installed on your iPhone or iPad is displayed.

Step 2. Scroll down and then tap "Safari" in this list of options.

Step 3. Navigate to the Tabs section, and then tap to select "Top." The search and URL bar will be moved back to the top on your iPhone or iPad.
