Step 1. Tap to open the Passwords app on your iPhone or iPad, and then tap "All" on this screen.

Step 2. Tap the specific account you want to see the password history for. Information associated with that specific account is shown. You'll only see the View History button if you have a password history for this account to view.

Step 3. Tap "View History." You'll see your password history for this account. Tap any of the passwords in this list to see that specific password.
