How To move UPlay games | No downloads | Between PC/Disks

I found myself having to move a game between my Hard Disk and SSD, and wanted confirmation that this kind of thing was possible with UPlay without downloading any more files... With Steam, it sometimes fails to get certain files and has to redownload, but with UPlay, it seems to work pretty well.
UPlay has no built-in way of moving game files, so you'll have to find your own way, and that's what I have here.
