With the latest version of nes4iphone by ZodTTD, you can use your Nintendo Wiimote with your roms! The app itself is $4.99 from the Rock your iPhone store, but there is a free 2-minute trial from Cydia (also lacks Wiimote support). Use the free trial to see if the games even play any good on your device.

Once you've purchased and installed it, run the app. Go to the Options tab and turn on Wiimote Controls. Exit the app, then open it back up. You should see a screen that let's you pair your Wiimote with the device for use with nes4iphone.

Press the 1 and 2 keys on your Wiimote at the same time to have your Wiimote enter pairing mode. Your iPhone or iPod Touch should see the Wiimote and connect to it automatically. You can then begin playing your games.

Before shelling out $5, get the trial of nes4iphone from Cydia. As you an see, Super Mario Bros. 3 doesn't play very well on my iPhone 3G. The audio is quite horrible too, and I've heard that you get cruddy audio on a 3GS as well.
