SimFinger is a free application that was developed by the same creatives minds over at Atebit (they also made Tweetie). You can use SimFinger to:
+ Change carrier text.
+ Set fake time.
+ Add a white border around the iPhone Simulator (for app demonstrations/screencasts).
+ Install fake/stock applications with configurable badge numbers (Stocks, Weather, Phone, YouTube, Compass, etc).
+ Add a white circle on your cursor so people can see where you're 'tapping'.
