You don't need winrar to extract the rar files from Redragon, just use free 7-zip software https://www.7-zip.org/download.html install then right click and extract the .rar file.
Redragon makes a variety of mice, keyboards and headsets and sometimes it can be difficult to find the right location for the Redragon Impact software and redragon drivers for your mouse and/or keyboard. This video shows 2 different Redragon download sites and how to find the redragon software for your mouse or keyboard model.
Remember the Redragon Impact software is specific to the mouse model that you have, you can't just use any impact software with any mouse.
