Hey everyone, Happy New Year. Another late upload, but it was 2 years ago around this time I tried taking my own life. I failed obviously and now a very different person than I was back then. This is a continuation of of all the mental health videos I've previously done. I talk more about my time in the Mental Health Unit, but also give you advice, tips, recommendations on how to fight/overcome depression or any other type of mental illness. Everyone is different, everyone handles things differently. These are just my thoughts. These all worked for me. I'm not trying to promote bad behavior, I just want people know that it can get better. I know my close friends can see a major difference from the person I was 2 years ago, and the person I am today (weather if they agree or not). My head is so clear I'm able to handle whatever life throws at me. Worry about yourself. Don’t get lost in the world of social media. Think before you react to things. Eat healthy. Be kind to yourself. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Try to get off the meds (eventually), you’re better without them. You’ll understand “love” more if you get into meditation/yoga. When you’re ready (and capable), start learning more/understanding what’s REALLY going on in the world, why certain things are the way they are.....and who’s really in charge of your health.
