How to Perform Preemptive Discord Bans on PC (no bots)
Note 1: When I say "share mutual server", I do not mean you actually have to both be in the server, they just need to either have left a message there or exist. In this case, OniHelix was banned from the Mod64+ server seen in the video after he directed hatred towards someone and committed a cybercrime by violating a v3 General Public License.
Note 2: Discord bans are IP based. They can be circumvented via a VPN. A troll can just make another account once they're banned to continue going after you. Try not to provoke trolls, keep your distance. Do not engage. I repeat, do not engage with troll accounts on the internet.
Also I'm sorry for how slow this video is. I decided I would give long pauses with the subtitles because some people cannot read fast, this way they can understand the video. I also made my profile picture grayscale/monochrome to account for people whose eyes are strained when taking in colors. This color should be very easy on their eyes and I'm not that picky about appearances. If you are one of these people, you may watch a monochrome encode at this unlisted URL: • (Monochrome) How to Perform Preemptiv...
If there are any "Discord Authority" reading, here is a message link and ID to OniHelix's message shown in the beginning of the video along with his User ID:

OniHelix User ID: 745956653027033219
Perhaps this may even inspire you to ban users from the YouTube comments section too. If you would like to learn, here's how to:

I hope that malicious troll accounts like the one shown in the video will have a reduced overall negative effect on society by simply preemptively banning such people. If we ban bad people before they even have the chance to pose a problem, I think that's a small step to be taken to make the world a slightly better place for us to live in.
