How to play Multiple Audio Tracks at the same time in VLC.
Step A: Create a new Text File
Step B: add this code start "" "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" --sout-all --sout #display %1%
Step C: Edit C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe to match where your VLC file is located
Step D: Save it!
Step E: Rename from .txt to .bat
Step F: Drag a Video file onto this .bat file and it will Launch the FIle
Step G: Right Click, go to Audio - Audio Track - then the track you want to listen to at same time.
Step H: play around with it. test its limits, look up the code and see if you can improve on my method.
