I will show you how to convert your BIN file Rom into a CIA file to play it on the New 3DS Models. You must have FBI already installed on the 3DS to install CIA files. I have only tried it on the New 2DS XL so the older 3DS models may not work properly. If it works then great. Try Tony Hawk 2 with the settings I show in the video to make it work well. Enjoy.

PS. At minute 5:53 in the video where it says "Sound Interpolation" change it to "Simple" to avoid any audio problems.

IMPORTANT INFO: For example, if your Rom is 524 MB you must have an additional 524 MB of memory storage on your SD card. If you choose the option "Install and delete CIA" during the install you will get the 524 MB of storage back on the SD card when it is done. If you don't delete the CIA during install you will have very little memory left on your card. You must have enough memory on the SD card to install PS1 games.
