Quick and dirty tutorial:
1. Install a non-steam version of the game.
2. Install the update+ fix: http://tinyurl.com/bq5qrq6
3. Install and launch Steam (you don't need smart or greenluma).
4. Launch the game via ""\Sanctum\Binaries\Win32\ShippingPC-SanctumGame.exe"".
