How To Play The USS Iowa In World Of Warships (Redux)
578The T9 Iowa is the quintessential battleship. It has speed, it has big guns, it has lots of AA, it's maneuverable, and at least in real life, it's really well armored for it's weight. In game, she betrays only the last part and she is otherwise an extremely versatile and capable Battleship and an absolute RIOT to play! Her guns are accurate, her AA is plane shredding capable and she's maneuverable enough and armored well enough to perform well in the mid range game. Up to 15km she's dang near a sniper rifle for a battleship. Past that, she opens a bit more like a well used battle rifle but she can still land some MASSIVE hits against enemy ships!
Her real life history is amazing too! What's not to like?
As with the North Carolina, play pretty much the same way. Concealment build gives 12.2km detection range, which is just insane, and her 33 knot top speed (34.5 with speed flag!) is a cruiser murdering fast!
