US Destroyer captain skills offer a wide array of skills for you to chose from depending on how you wish to set them up. There are five builds I put in this video that range from an AA build, a balanced build, gun focused build, DD hunter build and a survivability build. Personally the Survivability build is not a build I would consider as I think you give up too much offensive capability for limited defensive capabilities. I run the balanced build on my USN DD's for the best mix of torp and gun capabilities with decent survivability improvements.
