Storozhevoi is, as best I can tell, a paper ship and unfortunately the design details are not available in any sources online. I suspect the ship design is a combination of many Russian destroyers from the era but regardless of the history, the ship is fun to play in WoWs! The "suicide torpedoes" make for some interesting game play in which you literally charge head on like Soviet Soldiers into incoming fire to attack the enemy! :)
