The Podvoisky is a T5 destroyer that leaves a lot to be desired from the standpoint of the capabilities of the destroyer. In my opinion the gunplay feels weaker than Izyaslav's T4 guns and you lose a full KM of torpedo range in the process and only gain some speed and 360º turrets. Overall, not a T5 DD that I'm fond of. The constant T7 fights don't help either!
