Hi, if you have to send your Nintendo Switch in for repair and you are worried about losing your game saves then this could be an option for you if you have access to another Nintendo Switch. Currently as of when this video is made there is no way to save your game saves onto a micro SD or PC or the cloud so you risk losing your hours spent on Zelda BOTW etc. If you have a close friend/family member that you trust who owns another Nintendo Switch then you can transfer your user data and game saves over to their Nintendo Switch. Then if your Nintendo Switch gets wiped or replaced you will still be able to get your game saves transferred to the new Nintendo Switch.
