1. Equip Megalith MQ on any character who is not a DPS
2. Setup two DPS, one physical damage and one arts damage who can nuke the arena.
3. Use Shining pom bait to spawn shining poms
4. Defeat the enemies in battle
5. Profit.
6. Restore CP and EP using Zeram capsules / EP items
7. Spawn more shining poms and repeat

Each run takes about 1-2 minutes depending on party strength. In Cold Steel 2, Rean's second S Craft nukes the entire arena; at 200 CP and with enough strength and the domination quartz it's enough to 1 shot the entire shining pom arena. You can then use Zeram powders/capsules to fully restore CP and go again.
