In this tutorial I show you how to record your voice using the Zoom H2 Handy Recorder (an earlier version of the Zoom H2n). The Zoom can also function as a USB audio interface/microphone, making it easier for me to get my audio onto the computer.

As I said in the video there are other ways to record your audio.

Camera audio: Just simply hit record when you're ready, making sure you keep a distance of about 3 feet from your mouth to the mic. Then once you're done recording connect your camera to the computer to import your video file with the audio.

USB/3.5mm jack Microphone Headset: Plug it into the USB port or mic in jack on your computer. Based upon the specific device it may require you to install certain drivers and/or software to use with it. You can adjust the speaker levels and the mic levels in the control panel as shown in the video.
