329Update: This method WILL work for the XBox One! Simply follow the video and do the exact same! HDCP is thankfully disabled for the Xbox One Games! Thanks Microsoft :)

This is the way I record my Xbox 360 through HDMI.
You will need:
3x HDMI Cables
1x HDMI Splitter/Amplifier
1x HD Console
1x HDMI Capture Card (In my case, AVer Media HD H727)
