Hi guys, Microsoft have released Play Anywhere game titles on their Microsoft Store like Recore and Forza Horizon 3. They have included there own recording software as part of the Windows 10 XBOX Application called Game DVR. Unfortunately, Microsoft games including Gears of War 4 etc will run in a sort of windowed mode. Even if you set Game DVR settings - video encoding to high and in game resolution to 4K, the result will always me a HD 1080 video.
