In this video I show you guys how to record your android screen with internal and external audio on android nougat+ using the Youtube Gaming app.
This method should ALWAYS WORK (Unless Google takes it down) since it uses the Youtube Gaming app

Youtube Gaming https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.youtube.gaming

Pros:
- Records Internal and External audio
- Is a trusted application
- Good quality
- Record a variety of apps
- Smaller watermark than Google Play Games

Cons:
- Has a watermark (It's your icon at least)
- Max quality is 720p
- Can only record one app with internal audio
- Has to record both internal and external

Text Instructions:
1. Open Youtube Gaming App
2. Click record/stream button
3. Choose record
4. Select the quality (I recommend 720p)
5. A bubble should appear and you can start recording!
