How to Recover Outlook Emails
7Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager software system from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Though primarily an email client, Outlook also includes such functions as calendaring, task managing, contact managing, note-taking, journal logging, and web browsing.
Have you mistakenly deleted an important mail or are trying to recover any other mail and finding difficulty in doing so? Don't worry, I will help you with it. In this tutorial video, I will quickly guide you through the steps of recovering the deleted mail from your outlook account. So watch this video till the very end to have a clear idea about how that can be done
First of all, open the outlook app and the sign in to your Outlook acconut. You can also sign in using their website www.outlook.com. Here I will be using the outlook app to recover the deleted mails.
So once you have looged into you outlook accout, tap on the profile icon that can be seen at the top left corner of your scree. Once you tap on it, you will be able to see multiple options such as inbox, sent drafts, archive, groups, deleted, junk, and conversation history.
Since we want ro recover the deleted mails, we need to go to the dleeted section. Fir that tap on the option Deleted. After that you will be able to see the mails taht you have previously deleted.
You can scroll down and search for the mail you are looking for. Once you find the mail that you wnat to recover, tap on it. Aftre taht you will be able to see three dots right beside your email. Tpa on the dots.
Now you will be provided with multiple choices about what you want to do with thw mail. You can either move it to folder, move it to inbox, report junk, print conversation, restore conversation, mark as unread or flag. So see how you want to recover your mail.
Once you have choosen the option, for instance, if you choose the option resetore the converstaion, it will be restored. you can also move it to inbox or a folder.
So any on eof the optiobns and finally, you will be able to reciver the deleted mail form your outlook account. So in this way the dleted mails can once again be resiterd in Outlook
