15In this tutorial video I will quickly guide you on how you can recover your Remitly account even if you have forgotten the password to your account. Follow the step by step instructions to get logged back into your account.
Download the app from your app store and open it on your mobile device.
Tap on the ‘Sign In’ button.
Tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the lower section.
Enter your email address and tap on ‘Send me a Reset Link’.
You will receive a link in the email that will direct you towards setting up a new password for your account.
Type in the new password and the same email address and tap on Login in order to log in to your account.
