Download the app from your app store and open it on your mobile device.
Select the ‘Log In’ option in order to start logging in to your account.
Tap on the ‘forgot username or password’ option below the Log In button.
To reset your password, enter your email address and then follow the instructions as provided in your email.
By doing so, you will be able to set up a completely new password for your account.
