How to Recover Skout Account | Reset Skout Password
4In this tutorial video I will quickly guide you on how you can recover your scout account so if you've previously created a scout account and have been forming connections with people but then have seemed to forgotten your password and still want to recover your account because you want to retrieve the data and information and stay on the app what you need to do is head over to the scout app on your mobile device and then tap on continue with email as you do so tap on login with email and then you'll have to enter your email address and password in order to log in but since you've forgotten the password tap on forgot password after you do so enter the email address that you signed up with and then tap on reset your password as you do so it says here that you'll have to check your spam folder if you don't receive the email and as i have received my email i'm just going to open it and here i receive certain instructions on how exactly i can set up a new password for my account and then use the new password in order to get ahead with logging into my account and recovering my account successfully so here i'm just opening up and there i can already see the link so i'm just going to tap on reset password after tapping on the reset password option i am now directed towards a web browser where i'll have to enter the desired password so i'm just going to enter the desired password in this section and then enter it back again and then tap on set my password after tapping on set my password it says here that your password was successfully set so tap on done head back to the app and now all you can do is you can simply begin to enter the new password for your account in this section so i'm just going to enter the new password that i just reset and then tap on the login button after tapping on the login button wait for a certain while and if you do get logged into your account it simply means that your account recovery has been successful .
