Standard and customized Lowe’s Gift Cards can be purchased in store or online in any amount between $5 and $2,000.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your gift card order, you can call us toll-free at 1-833-989-1301 or email us at lowes@buyatab.com.
Will my gift card expire or decrease in value?
No. Lowe’s Gift Cards that have a balance will never expire and are never subject to additional fees. However, gift cards that remain at a $0 balance for 90 days will be deactivated for security purposes and can’t be reloaded or reused.
Can I return a Lowe’s Gift Card or exchange it for cash?
Sorry, Lowe’s Gift Cards aren’t redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Can I reload my gift card?
Yes. You can reload a Lowe’s Gift Card — both standard and e-gift cards — at the customer service desk at any Lowe’s store. Although a Lowe’s Gift Card can be reloaded, no more than $2,000 can be redeemed from a single card in one day.
How do I check my gift card balance?
There are three convenient ways to check your gift card balance:

What if I lose my gift card?
Lost or stolen gift cards can only be replaced upon presentation of the original sales receipt for any remaining balance. The sales receipt will be void if altered or defaced.
I entered my card number and got an “Invalid” error code. What does that mean?
For security reasons, if your gift card remains at a $0 balance for 90 days, our system will automatically deactivate your gift card number. Gift cards with deactivated numbers can’t be reloaded or reused.
