In this video I explain in the simplest way possible how to refund oculus quest games, apps, and experiences. The process is as simple as going into your Oculus app on your smartphone, going into the settings tab on the bottom left of the screen, going to purchase history, and selecting the game you want to return. Then fill out the return form and submit it to Oculus. If you return the game within 14 days of the purchase and play it for less than two hours, your game should be automatically returned. Oculus does have a rule that only allows you return 5 games within a 30 day period.
