Now let's walk through the steps to remove an account from the Microsoft Outlook app.
Step 1. Open the Microsoft Outlook app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. You'll land on your Outlook inbox.
Step 2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen. A menu opens.
Step 3. Tap the "Settings" icon at the bottom edge of this menu. The Settings menu is displayed.
Step 4. Navigate to the Mail Accounts section, and then find the account you want to remove from the Outlook app. Tap this account. The information screen for that account is shown.
Step 5. Scroll down to the bottom of this menu, and then tap "Remove Account." A window pops up asking if you're sure you want to remove this account from your device.
Step 6. Tap "Remove" again. That account will be removed from your Microsoft Outlook app.
