how to remove Ubuntu 14.04 or Ubuntu 14.04 base OS from a Dual boot Windows 8 PC and return to a Single Operating System without having to reinstall Win8.

Using windows 8 Install disk
Open Hard Drive Partition Editor:
Delete the old Ubuntu and Linux Swap Partitions
Resize C:\ Drive to take up all available space
Boot into Install Disk / System repair disk:

Put in the Install disk or
the a System Repair Disk
Choose System Repair
Select OS to repair

Open Command Prompt and type:

bootrec.exe /fixmbr

Shutdown and reboot your computer
