Wife was very skeptic so about whether I could actually fix this handle. Although fair play she did help me hold the broom down whilst I was drilling, thereby avoiding what would have been certain damage to my body. Be warned do not use a power tool without the right protective equipment.

And who knew a spin mop could cost £28.99, and that the mop stick had a custom connector, making it impossible to replace without buying a brand new one.
