Steps:
On The App:
- Launch the fitbit app.. If you’re already logged in you’ll need to sign out in order to reset the password.
- On the login screen, enter your email address and then tap ‘forgot password’.
- An email will now be sent to you containing a link to reset your password.
- Open the email and tap on the link.
- Now enter your new password and confirm it again below, click set once you’re done. Your password has been successfully reset.
On The Fitbit website:
- Load Fitbit.com and go to the sign in page.
- Tap ‘forgot password’.
- Enter your email address and then tap ‘send instructions’.
- You’ll be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Open your email and click the link.
- Enter your new password and then tap ‘set’.
- Your password has been successfully reset.
