Start by turning on your Fitbit and then launching the Fitbit app and making sure you are logged into your account.
Tap your profile button at the top left of the screen.
Under the ‘devices’ section, tap ‘set up new device’.
Choose your device from the list.
Tap ‘set up’.
Read the privacy agreement and then tap ‘accept’.
Read about the correct way to charge your device and then tap ‘next’.
It will now search for your Fitbit via bluetooth. Make sure that the bluetooth on your phone is on.
Once it finds the device, a code will appear on your Fitbit, enter that code into the app.
You can now connect your Fitbit to WiFi. Select your Wifi from the list and enter the WiFi code. You can also skip this step if you don’t have wifi.
Once it connects your Fitbit will display a WiFi symbol .
If your device has a microphone, they will warn you about it here and tell you how to turn it off if you want.
Tap ‘got it’.
IF your Fitbit supports amazon Alexa you can sign into your amazon account here to connect to Alexa. You can skip that step if you want.
Your watch is ready to try on. Follow the instructions on screen for the correct positioning on your wrist.
Be sure to read the ‘wear and care’ tips here to look after your Fitbit properly.
Now all you have to do is hit ‘okay’ to link your Fitbit to your account. Then when the popup appears tap ok again to confirm.
