Steps:
Fitbits are limited in storage space so uninstalling any unused apps is a good idea. You cant actually delete apps on the watch itself like you might expect.
To delete apps, open up the Fitbit app. Make sure you are logged into your account and your device is connected.
Tap your profile image at the top left of the screen and then select your FitBit from the list of devices on your account.
Open ‘apps’ from the device menu.
This tab shows you a list of the apps installed on your FitBit.. Tap on one for more options.
Simply tap the uninstall button. Once it's uninstalled, sync your device with the app.
