To reset your Passkey PIN on Xbox Series X account, you can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system - Settings - Account - Sign-in, security & PIN - Delete my PIN.

After your PIN has been removed, you can create a new one with the steps in “Create your PIN.”
If you’ve forgotten your PIN and can’t access restricted console features, follow these steps:

When you’re prompted to enter your PIN on the console, enter any 6-digit combination three times.
Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted.
Select Make a new PIN.
Enter a new PIN, and then enter it again to confirm.
