To prevent new accounts from being created or deleted on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select System - Settings - Account - Family settings.
Check the “Sign out of all devices” option under “Signed-out content restrictions” to prevent new accounts from being created when not signed in.

You can also create a guest profile with a passkey and uncheck the box allowing creating new accounts.
