This video learn how to reset Windows Spotlight Preferences In Windows 10. If Windows Spotlight not working on Lock Screen, you can try this method.
1. Disable Windows Spotlight feature in Settings app
2. Press Windows Key + E to open File Explorer. Click on the View tab. Then under Hidden Files & Folders, check Hidden items option
3. Go to the following folder: https://goo.gl/hvccxx
4. Delete everything in the Assets folder.
5. Finally, enable Windows Spotlight feature in Settings app.
